The Central Cass Treehouse is a nonprofit organization that utilizes a unique collaboration between community, partnership, and school district to meet the basic needs of students at Central Cass schools.

Created in 2019, the organization was initiated after community discussion uncovered a desperate need for student assistance and innovative solutions to meet the basic needs of our growing student population.

 The Treehouse consists of an on-campus pantry, online ordering platform, services, events, scholarships, and partner connections.

​

Our platform is entirely anonymous, allowing for a confidential and shame free experience for students.  The Treehouse works with the school district to understand gaps, needs, and challenges while making products and services readily available for daily usage.  We engage the community through close partnership to create opportunities for support and alignment while still leveraging the confidentiality of the student and school.

The Treehouse technology solution empowers our middle and high school students to communicate any need confidentially.  Students have the ability to shop pantry items through our online ordering platform enabling a convenient and confidential shopping experience with delivery to their locker during class time.  The Treehouse technology also provides opportunities to leverage mental health resources, emergency services, and scheduling opportunities with school counselors.
